Nicole holds a Juris Doctorate from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Child & Family Studies from Louisiana State University. Nicole is passionate about promoting gender equality in the legal field.

Nicole is a practicing attorney in Northern Virginia where she specializes in civil and appellate litigation.

Even before sitting for the bar exam, Nicole was pursuing her interests. She principally draft a response brief before the Fourth Circuit, later sitting at counsel table the day she was sworn in and had an article published on gender inequality in the legal field.

Throughout law school and into her practice, Nicole has continued researching gender inequality and women’s historical role in the legal field. Now, she hopes to share the information.

The goal of Ladies and the Law is to provide information and help the legal field become welcoming to all. Whether you find the information interesting and continue read, decide to share, or be inspired to pursue further action, Nicole is happy to help however she can.
